Elad is a co-founder and CEO of Archimedes Industrial, and leads the investment practice.  He brings an innovative and non-traditional way of thinking to build organizational culture and relationships, and the “know how” to evaluate and capture financial value from investments and business operations, pulling on over two decades of experience running a variety of operations. Prior to Archimedes Industrial Elad has held senior strategy consulting and investments roles, as well as leadership positions in large financial operations. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit to complement his natural business mind, Elad has been at the lead of a number of startups, including a Real estate development fund that develops and manages residential real estate in the US.
